• If applicable, check if other people and/or devices are having issues with the website. The website could be down if others can’t access it either.
• Go to isitdownrightnow.com. Copy and paste the link of the website you’re trying to access in the box on the page. Press "Check" to see the status of the site.
• If isitdownrightnow.com says the website is up and other people can access it, try restarting the computer.
• Try opening the website in Internet Explorer if you’re not doing so already.
• Open Outlook > click Send / Receive > verify "Work Offline" isn’t selected.
• Make sure you’re properly connected to the Internet.
