When we talk about these “unprecedented” times, we struggle to put a finger on what the totality of that actually means. We understand the tangible aspects of it – everything we know and love is temporarily shut down, we are unable to visit friends and family, and toilet paper is the new currency. What we can’t put our finger on are the intangibles. The emotions that we are dealing with as we take on the responsibility of working from home, renegotiating the bills, worrying about financial stability, the uncertainty of the future, not to mention the added responsibility of educating your children. As a parent, you probably wonder how you are going to get through this, what are we teaching our children during COVID-19, and if you will be able to give them the tools they need to be successful.

This value is what allows us to adhere to the mandates in our current situation. Our ability to care for the individuals most at risk is what keeps us focused on the big picture. And it is a character that will be most admired in our leaders of the future.
FAITH: Complete trust or confidence in someone or something.
Life is uncertain, but faith keeps us resolute that the things that are out of our control will ultimately be okay.
