• If applicable, check if other people are having issues as well. The problem could be exclusive to your computer.

• Restart the computer if no one else is having issues. Turn the copier/printer off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on if others are having issues.

• Make sure the cables are properly connected to the device. In Windows 10, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers > right-click the copier/printer that isn’t working > select "Troubleshoot."

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A WEBSITE I NEED TO ACCESS ISN’T LOADING?

• If applicable, check if other people and/or devices are having issues with the website. The website could be down if others can’t access it either. Go to isitdownrightnow.com. Copy and paste the link of the website you’re trying to access in the box on the page. Press "Check" to see the status of the site.
