If equipment is being returned to dealer, dealer must ensure timely return instructions to avoid additional charges. After 30 days, any equipment that remains unreturned will incur a monthly fee of $100 per machine.

By submitting this Interterritorial Agreement (ITT) request, the Dealer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding Ford Office Technologies’ provision of service within its authorized territory: Scope of Agreement: Ford Office Technologies’ commitment under this agreement is strictly limited to the provision of service labor and necessary parts only for the equipment specified. This agreement explicitly excludes all other services, including but not limited to, sales, supplies (toner, staples, etc.), or administrative tasks beyond those necessary for the core service execution. Parts Cost Structure: All parts utilized for the agreed-upon service will be billed to the Dealer at Ford Office Technologies’ cost plus a fifteen percent (15%) handling fee. Billing Protocol: Ford Office Technologies will solely bill the contracting Dealer for all service labor and parts costs incurred under this ITT. The Dealer is responsible for all subsequent invoicing and payment collection from their end-customer. Ford Office Technologies will not, under any circumstances, bill the end-customer directly. Meter Read Requirement: The Dealer is required to promptly provide accurate and current equipment meter reads upon request or as necessary for the timely and accurate processing of service claims and billing. Failure to provide meter reads may result in delays or an inability to process the service request.
