Kubinski Business Systems Acquired By Ford Office Technologies
CONNELLSVILLE, PA (September 13, 2021) — On August 30, 2021, Ford Office Technologies, formerly Ford Business Machines, Western Pennsylvania’s largest independent provider of office technology, acquired Kubinski Business Systems, located at 4525 W Ridge Rd, Erie, PA, an office technology company serving Erie County, Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities.
Kubinski Business Systems was established in 1938 and was family-owned and operated. “The decision to sell the business to Ford did not come without apprehension, but once I understood the owners of Ford Office Technologies, their values, and their mission, the decision became much easier,” said Howard Kubinski, President of Kubinski Business Systems. “There were many factors that led us down this path, but we know that our employees and clients will be in the best of hands moving forward.”
Ford Office Technologies has begun the transition process and Kubinski Business Systems’ clients have been informed that it will be business-as-usual until the process is complete, which is expected to be before the end of October.
