Description
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Conducting Interviews:
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinating the Hiring Process:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and providing feedback.
Building Relationships:
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies) to enhance the recruitment process.
Managing Job Postings and Employer Branding:
Create and post job descriptions, promote the company’s brand, and ensure that the organization is presented attractively to potential candidates.
Requirements
· 3-4 years of recruiting experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· High level of professionalism
· Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
· Proficient in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
· Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
