You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role
- Proactive communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience selling IT services is a plus
